No. Your number, your phones, your carrier - nothing changes about how calls ring. We add the text-back rail behind it.
You do. Everything - the messaging account, the calendar, the lead sheet - is set up in accounts under your name. Cancel the service and it all keeps belonging to you. Carrier/WhatsApp message fees run in your account too; for a typical local business they're small (usually a few dollars a month), and we show you the real number during setup.
Month to month. Cancel with an email, effective at the end of the cycle. The setup fee is one-time and covers real work, so it isn't refundable once install starts.
